A special academic lecture was successfully held on 29 January 2026 at 2.00 p.m. at the Main Hall, Department of Sanskrit (KI4 101), Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya.
The lecture was delivered by Venerable Navagamuwe Rewatha Thero, Retired Professor of Sanskrit and Eastern Studies, a highly respected scholar in the fields of classical languages, philosophy, and Eastern knowledge traditions. The lecture focused on interdisciplinary perspectives related to Sanskrit studies and Eastern intellectual heritage, offering valuable insights to the academic community.
